The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing compelling visual designs to educate clients and the public about infrastructure projects, and providing input on strategy and message delivery for various target audiences. Work products will include diverse media such as video, infographics, presentations, branding design, and reports, with a strong emphasis on information design.
Responsibilities
- Development of compelling, professional visual design
- Provide input on strategy and innovative message delivery
- Interpret and distill highly technical information for mainstream audiences
- Management of printing vendors
- Work products may include video, infographics, poster boards, interactive media, style guides, presentations, branding design, handouts and flyers, annual reports, web and direct mail pieces, advertisements
Requirements
- Associateās degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts or related field of study or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite print and digital design
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or other presentation software
- Creative self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
