The role involves building beautiful, helpful, and easy-to-use software by collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive design vision and strategy that meets user needs. Responsibilities include creating detailed designs, prototypes, and specifications, leveraging design systems, and rapidly testing business hypotheses using tools like AI.
Responsibilities
- Build beautiful, helpful and easy-to-use software
- Collaborate and partner with other designers, engineers, product managers, marketers, data scientists and senior executives
- Create wireframes, detailed visual designs, interactive prototypes, UX flows, and hand-off specifications
- Leverage, steward, and contribute to our design systems
- Uphold our standards of inclusive craft and culture
- Model the same empathy, curiosity, and resilience that you expect from your peers and partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and shipping products and features from inception to launch
- Demonstrated experience working across teams and disciplines to deliver unified experiences
- A passion for or interest in designing with machine learning and AI
- A passion for understanding and solving complex problems
- Experience working on SaaS applications
- Experience implementing rigorous research practices
