Senior UX Researcher

The Senior UX Researcher will plan, manage, and execute user research programs across focused product areas, collaborating with design, product, and analytics to align projects with stakeholder and user needs. They will also guide teams on research methodology, synthesize learnings from past research and data, and lead ideation sessions to inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute user research programs across focused product areas
- Collaborate with design, product, and analytics to build research projects that align with stakeholder needs
- Guide product and design on research methodology, question framing, and best practices
- Identify emerging customer and user needs to support the development of new products
- Synthesize learnings from past research and analytics data to determine compelling stories and lead ideation sessions
Requirements
- Strong experience with mixed-methods qualitative and quantitative research
- A strong portfolio featuring examples of work, research philosophy, and outcomes
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a bias toward action
- Ability to craft engaging presentations with compelling stories
- Strong desire to learn about users and how products impact their success
