Responsibilities
- Define content principles, patterns, and guidelines for a net-new design system
- Create scalable content structures that support modular components and reusable flows
- Develop frameworks for localization, accessibility, and inclusive language
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to ensure content is clear, usable, and system-ready
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Strong background in UX writing or content design for complex digital products
- Experience working within or helping define design systems and content systems
- Systems mindset across full user journeys
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence product and design decisions
