Senior Product Designer, Agentic AI Applications

The role involves building the foundation of Agentic & Vertical Apps by owning experiences in Figma, managing the App Creation Process, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering to define strategy and execution. Responsibilities also include advancing AI-Driven Design Patterns, raising the bar on craft quality, and influencing/mentoring the design team to scale high-quality applications.

Requirements
- 7â10+ years of product design experience
- Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems
- Proven track record of partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments
- Experience mentoring designers, influencing standards, and shaping how design work scales
