Senior UI Designer F/H

The Senior UI Designer will be responsible for transforming complex business needs into simple, effective, and coherent visual solutions, designing high-quality UI assets like mockups and prototypes, and actively contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the Design System. They will also collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design recommendations are correctly implemented and participate in user testing and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex business needs into simple, effective and consistent visual solutions
• Design high-quality UI interfaces: mockups, prototypes, specifications, and accompany their implementation until final integration
• Contribute actively to the evolution of the Design System (components, documentation, guidelines) and ensure its good use in products
• Ensure that the user interface is accessible and respects standards and best practices (accessibility, readability, usage)
• Realize or co-lead user interface tests, verify hypotheses, analyze results and propose improvements
• Animate and co-animate workshops (ideation, co-design, design reviews/critics) and product alignment moments with stakeholders
• Accompany product development and monitor the integration of design recommendations through close collaboration with development teams
• Set up and feed a continuous measurement-validation loop to confirm solutions in the face of real user behavior and refine design choices
• Communicate design decisions, recommendations and their justification to stakeholders
• Participate in the definition and prioritization of features and their translation into the backlog
• Contribute to the UX strategy and design vision of products
• Contribute to the dissemination of the Design culture within the organization
• Ensure active surveillance of design methods, trends and tools (UI, Design System, prototyping, collaboration…), and propose continuous improvements to the workflow and design stack

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a UI Designer, with a significant part on digital products with high technical stakes
• Strong ability to produce clear, consistent and qualitative interfaces, even in complex technical environments
• Good mastery of UI fundamentals (typography, composition, visual hierarchy, interactions and micro-interactions), as well as ergonomics, accessibility and attractiveness principles
• Good mastery of Figma and design from a Design System, including experience contributing to its evolution
• Knowledge or experience in user research (interviews, analysis, synthesis) is a plus
• Experience with data-centric products and advanced data models is a plus
• Mastery of the user-centered approach, applied through a verification/validation loop integrated into the product cycle
• Ease in an agile/lean context, within cross-functional teams
• French and English level C1 (oral and written)
