Senior Product Designer, Architecture and Systems

This role involves architecting the strategy for platform systems and design scaling to ensure cross-squad resilience, while leading the UX strategy for foundational platform features like navigation and notification frameworks. The designer will also partner with engineering to maintain standardized components and evangelize paved-path frameworks for adoption velocity.
Responsibilities
- Architect the strategy for platform systems and design scaling to ensure cross-squad resilience and durability
- Unblock vertical product squads by identifying architectural bottlenecks and providing scalable design solutions
- Lead the UX strategy and execution for foundational platform features, including universal navigation, notification frameworks, task management, and high-density data interfaces
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on platform systems, design scaling, or foundational infrastructure in complex B2B environments
- Systems Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of how platform systems scale across diverse, high-density interfaces
- Complex Problem Solving: A portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify high-complexity platform workflows
- Architectural Mindset: You think in patterns and ecosystems, not just screens, and can articulate why a platform-level decision is the right move for long-term health
