UX Designer- Growth/Monetization

The role involves leading end-to-end Growth UX for subscription products and monetization features across various surfaces, conducting targeted user research, and creating subscription-specific deliverables like journey maps and pricing architecture. The designer will also design and prototype high-conversion flows and collaborate daily with growth, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Growth UX for subscription products and monetization features across web, mobile, and cross-platform surfaces
• Conduct targeted user research and translate insights into high-impact design decisions
• Create subscription-specific deliverables: user personas, journey maps, service blueprints, growth funnels, task flows, pricing & billing architecture
• Design and prototype high-conversion flows: discovery/pricing pages, checkout, account & billing management, upgrade paths, retention sequences, win-back experiences

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong emphasis on growth UX, subscription products, SaaS monetization, or consumer subscription apps
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped subscription/growth features
• Mastery of modern UX tools: Figma (primary), FigJam / Miro, and familiarity with at least one advanced prototyping tool beyond Figma
• Solid command of user-centered design principles, interaction patterns, accessibility (WCAG), and growth-design best practices

Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000-280,000 plus equity
