
Junior Product Designer

The Junior Product Designer supports product program execution by ensuring precision across technical documentation like tech packs, CADs, and specifications, translating creative direction into manufacturable product details. This role contributes to detailed design execution and development support across the full product cycle, focusing on special collections, graphics, and branded merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Design Support: Supports product design and development across the product lifecycle, contributing to design documentation, visual assets, and presentations
- Special Collections & Graphics Coordination: Collaborates on the execution of design concepts, including color, materials, graphics, and branding
- Product Operations: Supports product operations by maintaining accurate product data, organizing seasonal assets, and assisting with timelines, handoffs, and execution tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum two (2) years experience in product development, product design, or product management
- Knowledge of design function and aesthetics
- High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and spot errors across multiple files and formats
