Product Designer

The Product Designer will lead the design of user experiences across key product areas for web and mobile, taking ownership from concept through execution, including crafting flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI components. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners like Product Managers and Engineers to define product direction and advocating for the user throughout the development process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user experiences from concept through execution across key product areas and platforms including web and mobile
- Take strong ownership and agency over design outcomes by crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI components
- Translate user research and business requirements into elegant, intuitive designs that solve real user problems and move business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to define product direction and iterate on designs quickly
- Participate in design critiques and reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall design quality
Requirements
- 4â8+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX excellence across web and mobile products
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience leading design projects independently, owning execution from research through delivery
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD with modern workflows) and prototyping tools
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, and User Research
