Product Designer, Deployed

The role involves leading end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing for complex, AI-driven software products. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and helping to establish and evolve the design system and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing
- Experiment with new AI design tools to define how Product Designâs function on product teams is changing
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant, intuitive solutions
- Design sophisticated software experiences tailored for enterprise and governmental environments
- Help establish and evolve the design system and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all products
- Advocate for the user, continuously seeking insights and data to iterate and refine our product experiences
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex enterprise software
- Proven experience designing visually appealing, workflow-oriented products
- Exceptional skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Rive, Framer)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards
