UX Designer

The UX Designer will lead the design and customer experience efforts by executing end-to-end user journeys and creating intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms. This involves conducting user research, translating complex problems into simple solutions, and establishing metrics and experimentation to validate improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine user experiences by leading the execution of end-to-end user journeys
- Conduct user research such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Translate complex problems and user needs into simple, effective solutions
- Establish measurement and experimentation: set UX metrics, run A/B tests, validate engagement and conversion improvements
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in UX design or related roles
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
- Experience using design tools such as Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility guidelines
