The Senior Product Designer will define and drive a clear design vision across business banking initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to influence decisions and reduce delivery risks. Responsibilities also include planning and conducting user research, translating complex requirements into scalable designs, and mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a clear, shared design vision across business banking initiatives
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, analysts, and compliance partners to influence decisions early and reduce delivery risks
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design assumptions and inform product direction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product or UX Designer, preferably in accounting, fintech, or regulated banking environments
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align design with business goals and constraints
- Expertise in user-centered design, research, and evidence-based decision-making
- Proficiency with Figma and collaboration platforms such as Teams and Jira
