Principal Product Designer (12 month FTC - Mat Cover)

The Principal Product Designer will own a full product evolution cycle from deep discovery through to handover, delivering high-impact Credit Health initiatives that solve user needs and align with business strategy. Additionally, they will act as interim Service Design Lead, championing service thinking across the Design community and presenting direction regularly to C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Owning one cycle of the annual product evolution from deep discovery, prototyping through to handover
- Creating clarity from ambiguity, defining problem spaces, success measures, and design principles
- Delivering high-impact Credit Health initiatives that solve users needs and align to business strategy
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking
- Ability to connect product experiences to operational, commercial, and technical realities
- Proven ability to influence C-suit stakeholders through insight, structured reasoning, and persuasive storytelling
- Extensive research proficiency, planning and running multi-method research
