This senior role involves leading design projects from concept to execution, collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to influence the evolution of a global B2B brand. Key tasks include developing high-performing assets for campaigns, events, website experiences, internal communications, and executive presentations while shaping the brand system.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for B2B digital and print assets
- Own corporate website visuals, UX/UI direction, and ongoing updates
- Create performance-driven assets for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, landing pages & email
- Design trade show booths, conference materials, and executive presentations
- Support internal communications with branded visual content
- Capture and edit photography/video for events and storytelling
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior talent or vendors
- Travel regularly between Tijuana and Mexicali
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of visual design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating B2B, corporate, and multi-channel design
- Expertise in Adobe CC + Figma
- Strong skills in branding, typography, web design, and layout
- Experience with website UX/UI, print production, and event design
- Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver polished creative work
- Proficiency in photography and video production
- Professional English communication skills
