The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creative process for various design projects, from initial concept through to final completion, focusing on optimizing brand visibility across web and mobile applications. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop visually compelling designs that meet specific business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for branding, advertising, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality output
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions
- Develop and refine design concepts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client expectations
- Oversee the production of design assets for both print and digital media, including brochures, packaging, and web graphics
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of design work
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and marketing strategies
- Ability to lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Experience in both print and digital design, with a strong portfolio of work across various mediums
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
