Graphic Designer (Night Shift)

The role involves conceptualizing and designing high-quality, custom logos tailored to client brand identities, requiring collaboration to understand requirements and refine designs based on feedback. Key duties also include ensuring brand consistency by creating style guides and presenting design rationales to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design custom, high-quality logos tailored to client brand identities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Develop multiple logo variations, refining designs based on feedback and brand positioning
- Ensure consistency in brand identity by creating brand style guides and logo usage guidelines
- Work within tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Stay up to date with logo design trends, branding strategies, and emerging industry standards
- Present and articulate design rationale, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Provide final logo files in various formats optimized for print, web, and digital platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logo design and brand identity creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing original, well-crafted logos across different industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of vector graphics, typography, color psychology, and composition
- Experience in brand identity development and ability to create cohesive branding elements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in developing distinctive visual identities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively
