Communication Designer / Graphic Designer

The role involves developing visually appealing digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, banners, and social media graphics, alongside designing and producing motion graphics for digital campaigns and storytelling efforts. Responsibilities also include understanding audience needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing digital marketing materials
- Design and produce motion graphics to support digital campaigns
- Understand target audience needs and behaviors, translating insights into compelling and user-friendly design solutions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into marketing campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience
- Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, or similar
- Skilled in AI tools: Midjourney/Stable diffusion, etc.
- Experience creating motion graphics
- Strong portfolio showcasing projects
- Flexible and able to handle changing project needs and deadlines
- Fluency in English (B2 and above)
