Sr Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will deliver high-quality, polished design across brand, marketing, communications, and product experiences while creating and evolving comprehensive design systems that scale across various platforms. This role involves leading ideation and concept development, translating complex technical ideas into simple, impactful creative solutions for key channels.

Responsibilities

• Design & Craft: deliver high-quality, polished design across brand, marketing, communications, and product experiences
• Conceptual & Systems Thinking: lead ideation and concept development, translating complex ideas into simple, impactful creative solutions
• Collaboration & Leadership: collaborate with creatives, marketing leads, product managers, product marketers, engineers, producers, and program managers
• Execution & Delivery: own projects end-to-end, from concept through final delivery, and ensure timely delivery of assets that meet creative and project objectives

Requirements

• BFA or BA in Design, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design and art direction
• Proven experience building design systems across communications, marketing, and product
• Portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, and data visualization
• Expertise in branding, photography direction, and motion design
