
Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead design conception and execution across DTC channels (web, email, social, paid media) and co-lead art direction for seasonal initiatives, translating strategy into effective design solutions. This role also involves developing motion assets, mentoring an Intermediate Designer, and contributing creative ideas in a fast-paced studio environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead design conception and execution across DTC channels, including web, email, social and paid media
- Lead or co-lead art direction for seasonal initiatives and key brand moments
- Develop motion assets for performance marketing
- Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into high-quality design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in agency or in-house within the fashion/lifestyle industry
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
