Graphic Designer (Packaging)

The designer will be responsible for creating packaging that adheres to retail and compliance standards while enhancing shelf appeal and aligning with brand identity. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches and creating various supporting marketing assets across digital and print channels.
Responsibilities
- Design packaging that meets retail and compliance standards, enhances shelf appeal, and aligns with brand identity
- Prepare accurate, print-ready files with proper dyelines, bleeds, color profiles, and production specs
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Create supporting assets including digital and print ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, presentations, and in-store materials
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 4â5 years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on packaging and retail
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD
