Graphic Designer (entry level)

This role is responsible for developing visual assets to support both internal communications and external branding initiatives. The designer will collaborate with HR, marketing, and other departments to enhance the employer brand and deliver consistent, high-quality design materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual assets that support both internal communications and external branding initiatives
• Work closely with HR, marketing, and other departments to enhance employer brand and deliver consistent, high-quality design materials
• Create digital and print assets, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, infographics, and banners

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles
• Experience creating digital and print assets (social media graphics, presentations, brochures, infographics, banners)
• Familiarity with web design basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, consistency, and ability to adapt to brand guidelines
• Experience collaborating with marketing, HR, or communications teams to produce internal and external materials
