The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design for a product area, driving key initiatives from exploration through delivery and iteration to ensure clear, usable, and impactful experiences. This involves deep partnership with Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams to align on problems, shape collaborative solutions, and ensure scalability.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design on a product area, taking responsibility for key initiatives across the platform
- Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams, aligning on the right problems to solve, shaping solutions collaboratively, and ensuring that what we design can be implemented with quality and scalability in mind
- Lead discovery through user insight and validation, conducting research, testing ideas early, and using evidence to guide decisions
- Design with measurable outcomes in mind, connecting design decisions to business impact, and using both qualitative insight and quantitative product signals to understand what works
- Prototype and iterate at the right level of fidelity, using prototyping as a tool to think, align, and learn
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects, with 7+ years of experience in Product Design contributing to product discovery, delivery in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to engage with end-users in French and English, conduct user research, and intelligently integrate findings into your work
- Excellent teamwork, partnership, and collaborative skills, with a demonstrated ability to align points of view and stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to product discovery & delivery, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis to inform strategy and decision-making
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving scale-up environment
