Product Designer

The role involves leading product discovery through user interviews and translating insights into clear strategy and beautiful product direction, while owning the entire design craft from low-fi wireframes to polished UI, including micro-copy and motion details. Responsibilities also include maintaining the design system, building interactive prototypes, conducting user tests, and ensuring high-quality execution across mobile and desktop.

Responsibilities

• Run crisp JTBD interviews, dig for insights, and turn them into flows that make users say “Oh wow”
• Design That Feels Great to Use: From low-fi wireframes to polished UI, you’ll own the craft
• Shape Our Design System: Maintain a solid system of tokens, patterns, and docs
• Prototype, Test, Iterate, Repeat: Build interactive prototypes in Framer, Origami, or code
• The Cross-Functional Glue: Work hand-in-hand with PMs, engineers, LX leads, and the community
• Hold the Quality Bar: You own the edge cases, empty states, dark mode polish
• Pixel-perfect on both mobile and desktop? That’s your jam

Requirements

• 3–6 years shipping consumer-grade mobile or web products at scale
• A portfolio showing work that moved real metrics (CVR, retention, NPS, anything!)
• Systems thinking: IA, accessibility, design debt management
• Confidence prototyping in Framer, Origami, or code
• Comfortable pairing with engineers; speaks basic HTML/JS
