Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will partner with Product Managers and Engineers to proactively shape the product roadmap and determine future builds. Responsibilities include engaging directly with users to understand pain points, testing workflows, and moving designs from low-fidelity sketches to polished Figma prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PM and engineers to shape the roadmap and decide what to build next
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Create low-fi sketches and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Facilitate workshops to synthesize research and ideate solutions
- Leverage AI-native, code-first workflow to test and iterate designs
Requirements
- 5+ years of product/UX design experience
- Fluency in Figma and design systems
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to articulate design decisions to engineers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
