
Product Designer en alternance (H/F) – Paris

The Product Designer will assist on assigned projects, collaborating daily with developers, CSMs, PMs, and data engineers to optimize current products. Key tasks include learning to plan, execute, and challenge product requirements, and creating user analyses and insights through interviews and market evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Work with experts in design, technology, and products
- Assist on projects as the primary designer
- Plan, execute, and challenge the needs of product leaders and your own work
- Help optimize and improve existing products
- Collaborate with developers, CSM, PM, and data engineers
- Create analyses and insights on product users
- Develop a deep understanding of business and technology
Requirements
- Bac +3 and preparing for a Master's degree in UX
- Analytical skills and ability to work on technological problems
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Figma and web constraints
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Autonomy and ability to manage time effectively
- Appetite for data and analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills, particularly in influence and listening
