Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own and shape the end-to-end design process, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data partners to craft user experiences. Your work will involve designing and prototyping solutions across mobile and web, ensuring accessibility and continuous improvement based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process, leading the design lifecycle for your product area, from discovery through to delivery & iteration
• Frame problems clearly, aligning on user needs, constraints & what success looks like
• Explore early solution directions through sketches, wireframes & lightweight prototypes
• Validate ideas through research & testing, iterating based on evidence + feedback
• Run post-release reviews, analysing user behaviour, qualitative feedback & key metrics to inform what to do next

Requirements

• Proven experience owning end-to-end Product Design within a product-led environment
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS & Android), with a strong understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
• High proficiency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping and developer handoff
• A solid grasp of UX research methodologies, with the ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insight
• A collaborative mindset, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Data partners
• A strong sense of craft, balanced with commercial awareness and outcome-driven thinking
