Product Designer

The Product Designer will lead the complete design cycle from discovery to high-fidelity delivery, focusing on crafting immersive experiences that transition learners from passive to active online learning. This involves iterative testing and refinement based on evidence, alongside strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to align user vision with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete design cycle, from discovery and problem definition to high-fidelity delivery and post-launch follow-up
• Design, test, and refine solutions based on evidence (quantitative and qualitative), understanding that the first design is only the starting point
• Work closely with Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to align the user's vision with business objectives
• Contribute to and scale our design system, ensuring coherence and efficiency across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android)
• Clearly articulate design decisions, using data and UX principles to support your proposals to multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, with a demonstrated ability to create user-centered design solutions
• Experience in mass consumption digital products (B2C) or SaaS is a nice to have
• Experience working in startup environments is highly preferred
• Mastery of Figma and FigJam to create interactive prototypes and detailed design assets
• A portfolio that demonstrates not just UI, but the 'why' behind decisions and the results achieved
• Proficiency in design systems development and implementation, ensuring consistency across experiences
