The UI UX Designer will collaborate on design strategy, participate in user research, and assist in creating artifacts like personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to support intuitive digital products. They will also be responsible for creating visually appealing interfaces, conducting usability testing, and ensuring designs align with branding and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and Creativity: Collaborate with senior designers to contribute to design strategy and direction for projects
- Participate in user research efforts, gathering insights and assisting in synthesizing findings for design decisions
- Assist in creating user personas, user journeys, and interactive prototypes that support intuitive and engaging experiences
- Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
- Understand product specifications, user needs, and business requirements to inform design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- At least 2yrs of experience in UI and UX Design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX UI design projects
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
