The Product Designer will be central to designing and managing the Design System, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across digital products. Responsibilities include developing, documenting, and maintaining the Design System, driving innovation, and evangelizing its use through training and support.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Drive innovation and identify trends and best practices
- Evangelize the Design System across teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, and Design Systems
- English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
- Figma expertise
- Front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) understanding
- Strong communication and leadership skills
