The Product Designer is responsible for creating and developing the strategic feature roadmap by utilizing data, user research, and hypothesis testing. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, using design and prototyping skills to create user-friendly solutions from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work on custom features for specific products, working closely with the client team
- Keep healthy communication with the project manager and client
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
- Collaborate on user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design
- Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio of app-related projects
- Excellent knowledge of Figma
- Experience in creating user-centered designs
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, highly driven, and actively involved in assisting and advising other team members
