Senior Product Designer

The Product Designer will partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers from problem discovery to solution delivery, contributing to strategy and ensuring an exceptional user experience. Key tasks include conducting user research, creating various design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and building/maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers as a key member of an empowered product team â from problem discovery to solution delivery â contributing to strategy, shaping outcomes, and ensuring exceptional user experience
- Conduct in-depth user research, run usability tests, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life
- Build and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency and a seamless experience across the platform
- Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile that engage and delight users
- Iterate rapidly based on user insights, feedback, and changing project needs
- Proactively explore and apply new tools and technologies â including AI â to improve design quality, speed, and user understanding
- Continuously evolve our design practices and bring fresh, creative approaches to problem-solving
Requirements
- Proven Product Designer with a portfolio that sets the industry standard
- Expert-level skills in Figma
- Strong advocate for user-centered design and deep understanding of usability principles
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to both designers and non-designers
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with UI animation, HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to support design choices with metrics and research
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, or research is a plus
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and technologies, especially AI
- High integrity and full commitment to quality and outcomes
- Growth-oriented, product-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership
- Receptive to feedback and open to diverse perspectives
