UI Designer

The UI Designer will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and brand-consistent interfaces for ultra-high-net-worth, retail, and automotive financial services across mobile and web platforms. This involves developing design systems, collaborating with UX designers, ensuring brand alignment, and working closely with developers for accurate implementation.
Responsibilities
- Designing pixel-perfect user interfaces for mobile and web platforms
- Developing and maintaining design systems for consistency across products
- Collaborating with UX and service designers to align visuals with journeys
- Applying accessibility and responsiveness best practices
- Ensuring brand alignment across all customer-facing channels
- Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Working closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3+ years of UI design experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital product UI work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of front-end development
