Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will take full ownership of the brand system, driving its strategic evolution and ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints, while creating and delivering highly creative designs across print, online, social, and event channels. Responsibilities also include managing production throughout the creative project lifecycle and collaborating cross-team with video, production, and events departments.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage and deliver highly creative designs across a wide range of channels
- Work with and own the brand system, whilst also actively participating in its evolution
- Collaborate with other designers, Art and Creative Directors
- Manage production throughout the lifecycle of the creative project
- Produce all design projects to a high standard and be responsible for the design brief
- Communicate progress at every stage of the design and artwork process
- Take responsibility for continuous personal development and learning
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills across different mediums
- 5+ years of brand design experience at an agency, in-house, or both
- A strong understanding of brand design fundamentals and complementary skills across illustration, art direction, video, and more
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across marketing and the wider organization
- Experience managing designers, contractors, and agencies
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
