Dutch-speaking Production Graphic Designer

The main focus is supporting daily production by designing and adapting visuals for physical rental products like trailers and cargo bikes, ensuring all designs adhere to brand and technical requirements. This involves creating production-ready exports, maintaining structure across tasks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for input and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt production-ready designs for trailers and cargo bikes
• Ensure correct formats and output specs for production
• Maintain structure and overview across tasks, versions, and approvals
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (primarily via email) to collect logos/copy, clarify questions, and secure approvals
• Translate briefs into efficient, relevant visual solutions within brand guidelines
• Support smaller ad-hoc tasks when needed (light digital/print assets)

Requirements

• Has 1–3 years of experience in graphic design — or is newly graduated with strong skills
• Enjoys production workflows, checklists, and getting details right
• Is comfortable working with fixed frameworks/templates and brand guidelines
• Has strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign is key – plus Photoshop)
• Understands print production and how to deliver correct files
• Is confident communicating with stakeholders and likes to keep things moving
• Speaks and writes Dutch (required) and is comfortable working in English or Danish
