Responsibilities
- Maintaining and evolving Envision’s visual identity
- Ensuring brand consistency across all online and offline materials
- Developing and managing visual guidelines when needed
- Creating high-impact visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Designing hiring campaigns and employer branding materials
- Producing creatives for paid digital campaigns
- Editing short-form and long-form video content for social media and website
- Creating motion graphics and basic animations when needed
- Optimizing video content for different platforms
- Designing and updating website visuals including banners, landing pages, and digital assets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, corporate, and motion work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign is mandatory
- Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
- Figma proficiency required
- UI/UX experience is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing both digital and print materials
- Basic understanding of website management (WordPress or similar is a plus)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
