The role involves designing elegant, scalable, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, especially those integrating with SAP BTP, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex business processes into seamless digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design elegant, scalable, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications integrated into SAP BTP and other cloud environments
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, functional consultants, and developers to transform complex business processes into seamless digital experiences
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and visual guidelines consistent with Syntax's branding and client requirements
- Prototype and iterate using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools, gathering feedback from stakeholders and end-users
- Ensure UI designs follow accessibility best practices, responsiveness standards, and performance considerations
- Support front-end teams in translating designs into production-ready assets and specifications
- Stay current on UI/UX trends, design thinking, and evolving standards within the SAP and enterprise software ecosystems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI design for digital products or enterprise platforms
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision)
- Understanding of SAP BTP and its UX frameworks (e.g., SAP Fiori elements)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design-to-development workflows
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
