The intern will assist in designing seasonal visual merchandising assets, including window displays and pop-up concepts, while also creating visual merchandising guidelines and training materials to communicate design standards. They will also participate in brainstorming sessions and hands-on visual merchandising setups.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing seasonal visual merchandising assets including window displays, brand imagery, and pop-up concepts that reflect each brand’s identity and marketing strategy
  • Create visual merchandising guidelines, training materials, mood boards, and sketches to communicate design concepts and standards
  • Help select and source props and materials for retail installations and showroom displays
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and hands-on VM setups

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or completed a course or degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Passionate about design, fashion, and retail, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp (or similar)
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience or coursework in visual merchandising, retail design, or trade marketing is a plus
