The role involves creating visual designs for KBZ Bank and KBZPay Campaigns and Marketing Materials, reporting to the Creative Manager. The primary responsibility is assisting senior designers and the creative team in developing visual concepts and layouts for various digital and print mediums.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers and the creative team in creating visual designs
- Support the team in the creation of visual concepts, graphics, and layout for marketing materials, advertisements, social media, and other communication needs
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team to develop concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives
- Ensure all designs are visually compelling and consistent with brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Stay up to date with design trends, software, and industry developments
- Attend team meetings and contribute creative ideas and suggestions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of graphic design principles, color theory, and typography
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
