Senior Associate, Senior Product Designer, Field Experience

The role involves designing end-to-end experiences for agent/advisor-facing products within the Field Productivity value stream, simplifying complex, regulated workflows from prospecting to client engagement. Responsibilities include leading early-stage design concepting, translating validated concepts into production-ready specifications, and partnering closely with engineering for high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design concepting and detailed design handoff to development
- Partner closely with engineering during handoff and implementation
- Design end-to-end experiences for agent/advisor-facing products and workflows
- Plan and run research and discovery with field users to understand real-world workflows, constraints, and pain points
- Drive consistency and quality by leveraging and evolving shared design systems, patterns, and standards
- Use outcomes and insights to iterate and continuously improve field productivity
Requirements
- Portfolio that includes case studies or design work
- Expert understanding of human-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and user experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product design, including a track record of shipping high-quality designs for complex workflows
- Experience with design systems and comfort working with data-heavy, workflow-driven experiences and structured systems
