The role involves designing end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows, continuously iterating on the user experience while balancing customer impact and system reliability. Responsibilities also include developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems automating pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience
- Work closely with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on how customers interact with AI-driven features
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate and optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows
- Design AI-driven automation experiences that balance speed with trust, transparency, and control
- Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment, iteration, and monitoring - including products with complex backend or data dependencies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership to align on goals and execution
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities, even when existing workflows appear to be functioning well
- Familiarity with APIs, data models, or technical product surfaces (you donât need to code, but you can speak the language)
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces is a strong plus
- Experience working on AI-powered products, automation, APIs, or data-intensive systems is a strong plus
Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $130,000 - 180,000 CAD
