Senior Product Designer, Save & Return

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design for notifications and ongoing engagement across the Save & Return experience, focusing on email, push, and in-app messages to guide users and re-engage dormant shoppers. This involves partnering with cross-functional teams to design high-quality, scalable communication experiences, often incorporating AI-powered adaptive patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of shopping and renting notifications, including email, push, and define and build a new in-app notification experience
• Identify and design communications for key moments across the journey
• Collaborate with AI and Design Technology partners to incorporate adaptive patterns into notification experiences
• Partner with Product, Experience Design, Data, and Marketing to use communications as a core driver of engagement, retention, and long-term growth

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Shipping features for consumer apps or platforms at scale
• Experience or strong interest in engagement, retention, lifecycle, or personalization work
• Comfortable using data and experimentation to inform and iterate on design decisions
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
