Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX/UI design for the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) suite, helping deliver world-class user experiences
- Simplify complexityâhelp translate advanced data and analytics into intuitive user experiences
- Define and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, contributing to consistent, high-quality design work
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to ensure design solutions align with user needs and business goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions with real user insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
- Experience designing applications with global reach and diverse user needs
- Proven experience designing for complex, global-scale enterprise applications, data-heavy platforms, or analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with UX research methods
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive solutions
