The role involves leading the end-to-end design for core earning products, ensuring a seamless user journey from discovery to portfolio management, and simplifying complex onchain mechanics into intuitive user interfaces for decentralized finance. Responsibilities also include scaling existing products and partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering peers to execute the roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own the User Journey: Lead the end-to-end design for core earning products
- Scale and Evolve: Improve and scale existing suite of products to support a wider user base and evolving market needs
- Simplify Complexity: Transform sophisticated onchain mechanics into high-trust, intuitive user interfaces
- Work Cross-Functionally: Partner 1:1 with Product Management and Engineering peers to define and execute the product roadmap
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Design experience
- Proven track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products at scale
- Exemplary product thinking abilities, solutions-oriented, and capable of working autonomously
- Growth Mindset: enjoys using data and experimentation to refine user journeys and improve conversion funnels
- Sharp attention to detail and mastery over craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping in Figma
