This senior individual contributor role focuses on leading systems and platform-level design for Digital Ordering experiences across various channels, defining the experience architecture, workflows, and interaction models for customer-facing commerce journeys. The work spans browse, customization, offers, checkout, and post-order experiences used by millions of guests across iconic brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead systems and platform-level design for Digital Ordering experiences
- Define the experience architecture, workflows, and interaction models for customer-facing commerce journeys
- Partner with Commerce Product and Engineering teams, the Digital Ordering team, the Smart Operations Team, and the Design Systems team
