Product Designer

The Product Designer will lead the design vision and strategy for the Vcheck platform, establishing design principles and owning the end-to-end design process from research through high-fidelity UI creation. This role involves close collaboration with product management and engineering to ensure seamless implementation of intuitive experiences across client portals and verification products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision and strategy for the Vcheck platform, establishing design principles and standards that scale across products
- Partner with executive leadership and senior management to align design strategy with business objectives and product roadmap
- Own the end-to-end design process from user research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs in Figma that bring product concepts to life
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define features, prioritize design work, and ensure seamless implementation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS or enterprise product work
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and communicate design strategy at an executive level
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Strong foundation in UI/UX design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence product decisions and build consensus across cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
