Senior Product Designer

The role involves owning and driving end-to-end product design, from initial discovery through to final delivery, using an iterative mindset. Key tasks include leading discovery work to define focus areas, planning and synthesizing user research, and collaborating closely with the product trio to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end product design, from discovery through to delivery
- Identify and lead discovery work to uncover problems, define focus areas, and validate opportunities
- Plan, facilitate, and synthesise user research using the right methods for the problem at hand
- Collaborate closely with the product trio to identify problems, define direction and scope, and iteratively deliver solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and library
- Effectively manage communication and build strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience across the full product design lifecycle
- Outcome-focused, adaptable mindset
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Passion for data and metrics
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
- Strong foundations in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing
