UX Designer - Enterprise

The UX Designer will be responsible for gathering and evaluating UX requirements, translating them into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma. They will collaborate closely with engineers during implementation and iterate designs based on testing and feedback to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate UX requirements from Product Managers and Development Engineers
• Translate business and technical requirements into user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, and interaction models
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and related tools
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers during implementation to ensure design feasibility and quality
• Iterate designs based on usability testing, stakeholder feedback, and real-world usage insights
• Ensure alignment with usability, accessibility, and enterprise design standards
• Contribute to and follow established design systems and UX best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• 4-7 years of professional experience in UX / Product Design
• Strong experience designing B2B or enterprise software products
• Exposure to IT domains such as Networking, Cloud, Compute, Storage, or IoT
• Engineering mindset or technical background preferred
• Basic front-end development knowledge is a plus
