UX Designer - Enterprise

The UX Designer will be responsible for gathering UX requirements, translating them into design artifacts like user flows and wireframes, and creating high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. They will collaborate with engineers during implementation and iterate designs based on testing and feedback to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate UX requirements from Product Managers and Development Engineers
• Translate business and technical requirements into user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, and interaction models
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and related tools
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers during implementation to ensure design feasibility and quality
• Iterate designs based on usability testing, stakeholder feedback, and real-world usage insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 4–7 years of professional experience in UX / Product Design
• Strong experience designing B2B or enterprise software products
• Exposure to IT domains such as Networking, Cloud, Compute, Storage, or IoT Engineering
• Basic front-end development knowledge is a plus
