Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and design across key Voltex platforms
- Champion user-centred thinking and embed UX best practices across the product lifecycle
- Translate business requirements, customer insights, and technical constraints into clear design strategies and solutions
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to explore problem spaces and align teams
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, observational studies, and heuristic evaluations
- Analyse customer behaviour, user journeys, and product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in UX or Product Design, with demonstrated expertise in complex digital platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design processes, research insights, and tangible outcomes
- Mastery of Figma (preferred), prototyping tools, and UX methodologies
- Experience working cross-functionally within agile or product-led teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead UX initiatives across multiple projects or product streams
